These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the Habeez mobile application. By downloading or using the application, you unconditionally accept these Terms of Use.
These Terms of Use define the terms and conditions governing use of the Habeez mobile application (hereinafter "the Application"), as well as the rights and obligations of all parties. The Application is published by Habeez SAS, a simplified joint-stock company with a capital of €10,000, RCS Paris 989 348 396, with its registered office at 200 Rue de la Croix Nivert, 75015 Paris, France (hereinafter "Habeez").
Use of the Application implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Use. If you do not accept these terms, you must immediately cease using the Application.
Habeez reserves the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Modifications take effect upon publication in the Application. Continued use of the Application after modification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

The Application is available on iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play). Use of the Application requires creating a personal account via email address, or via Google (Android) or Apple (iOS) authentication.

Habeez reserves the right to suspend or delete any account that does not comply with these Terms of Use.
Habeez offers paid subscriptions providing access to premium features. Subscription prices and terms are displayed in the Application at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed directly by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play (Android). The terms and conditions of these platforms apply to transactions. Habeez does not store any banking data.
In accordance with platform rules, subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Cancellation must be made directly in the App Store or Google Play settings at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. No refunds will be issued for the current period upon cancellation.
In the event of a billing dispute, users must contact Habeez at contact@habeez.com within 30 days.
Users are solely responsible for the content (photos, text, data) they publish or store through the Application. By using the Application, users grant Habeez a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display their content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

The Application, its source code, interfaces, artificial intelligence algorithms, brands, logos, and all its components are the exclusive property of Habeez SAS and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, or adaptation of all or part of these elements, by any means or process, is prohibited without prior written authorisation from Habeez.
The processing of users' personal data is governed by Habeez's Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms of Use. Habeez is committed to complying with applicable personal data protection regulations, including the GDPR.
Habeez strives to ensure 24/7 availability of the Application but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, updates, or in cases of force majeure. Habeez shall not be held liable for the consequences of any temporary unavailability of the service.
Habeez provides the Application "as is" and does not guarantee that the service will be error-free or bug-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Habeez shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from use or inability to use the Application.
Outfit suggestions generated by artificial intelligence are provided for informational purposes only. Habeez does not guarantee their relevance or suitability to individual users' tastes.
Users may delete their account at any time from the Application settings. Deletion results in the permanent removal of data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Habeez reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's access in the event of a breach of these Terms of Use, without notice or refund for the remaining subscription period in cases of serious misconduct.
These Terms of Use are governed by French law. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or execution shall be subject, in the absence of an amicable resolution, to the exclusive jurisdiction of the French courts.
