  • Profile photo - Optional, stored on our servers

Usage Data

  • Clothing photos - Analyzed by AI for categorization
  • Body-shape photo - Optional. A silhouette is computed on your device; the photo never leaves your phone. Only the resulting body type is stored
  • Generated outfit images - Created by AI; from your profile photo if you choose so
  • Style preferences - Colors, styles, favorite brands
  • Created outfits - History of generated and worn outfits
  • Usage data - Features used, frequency of use

Technical Data

  • IP address - Collected during connections
  • Device type - Model, operating system, app version

3. Processing Purposes

We use your data to:

  • Tailor styling advice - Based on the body type you provide or have analysed
  • Provide main service - Wardrobe management and outfit generation
  • Improve user experience - Personalization of recommendations
  • Analyze usage - Understand how to improve the application

10. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Habeez website uses limited and proportionate technologies to:

  • Website operation - Strictly necessary elements for navigation
  • Audience measurement - Traffic statistics with Umami
  • No targeted advertising - No ad profiling and no sale of personal data

11. Audience Measurement (Umami)

We use Umami (hosted on stats.habeez.com) to measure website audience and analyze clicks on key calls to action (including app download buttons).

  • Legal basis - Legitimate interest in measuring website performance
  • Data processed - Visited pages, referrer, device type, language, click events
  • Retention period - Audience data retained for a maximum of 13 months
  • Your rights - Contact us at contact@habeez.com for any request related to this processing

12. International Transfers

Some of our subcontractors are located outside the European Union. These transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards:

  • Adequacy decision - For countries recognized by the Commission
  • Standard contractual clauses - For other countries
  • Standard contractual clauses - Framework applicable to transfers to third countries
